Welcome to Kids' Creek ECE. Whether you are a parent of a current student or are a parent wishing to enroll your child, here is all you need to know!

3, 4, & 5 Preschool Registration
Registration for Fall Preschool begins in February, use the registration form to begin the registration process

Infant, Waddler, Young 3s Registration
Please complete all registration forms to secure your place on the waitlist. You will be notified when there is an opening.

Summer Program Registration
Registration for the Summer Program opens in April, with priority being given to current students. Registration will remain open until the program is full.
*there is an annual, non-refundable $75 registration fee when enrolling a child for the first time, and each year. The registration fee, along with your completed paperwork secures your child's spot in the program. Registration fees may be paid by cash, check, or money order. We do not accept online payments at this time.

Tuition Pricing

*Young 3’s rates apply to children who are 3 years old and fully potty trained.
**We will continue to offer schedules outside of what is listed here to meet the individual needs of families. This breakdown is limited to cover the most common part time schedules.
Tuition Guidelines

Tuition plans are set up in Brightwheel. Your statement will be emailed on the 15th of each month and will be due on the 25th of each month; prior to the month they attend. When a child’s schedule or billing rate changes (the child transitions to a different room with an updated tuition rate) a new tuition rate will be activated, and the old one deactivated.

If a payment is not made by the 25th, there will be a $5 late fee for each day missed. If payment is made after the 1st of the month, this will result in an enrollment warning. Your child may not attend until payment is received.

Registration fees are collected with the enrollment paperwork.

Early drop-off is for half-day preschool students who need to be dropped off before 8:45am. Parents need to give notice when using early drop-off to ensure we have enough room.

Snow day spots are available for siblings of children in our program who have graduated within the last year. These children are welcome to attend the preschool class on snow days, as long there is room. In addition to the $25 fee, their Child Information Record will need to be reviewed, initialed, and dated.

The Brightwheel App
As a parent, you will need to download the Brightwheel App. Kids' Creek ECE uses the Brightwheel to keep parents connected with their child's learning experience throughout the day. Brightwheel is also used as two-way communication platform between parent and teacher. Additionally, you will need to download the app for billing purposes.
